I recommend placing your pack of LifeWave X39 patches where you will see them in the morning to remember putting one on, such as by your toothbrush in the bathroom, or by your favorite mug in the kitchen.

Drink a lot of water.
It’s important to stay well hydrated while using LifeWave X39 patches as cellular activity and movement in the body needs water to function properly.

Can I use the same patch for multiple days? Why do I need a fresh patch?
The LifeWave patches are ionically charged and that charge dissipates through exposure to the infrared light of your body, so using a patch again will not be as effective as a new patch.
Can I wear the LifeWave patches for more than 12 hours?
Wear a LifeWave patch for only 12 hours at a time because they work through phototherapy (light), and your body needs a break from the patches to process the light information properly to work best.
Can I use multiple LifeWave patches at a time?
